Medicare Supplement Policies

A type of insurance designed to supplement what Medicare pays. Sometimes called a Medicare Wraparound Policy or a Medigap Policy. Most states have adopted the Ten Standard Medicare Supplement Benefit Plans. They are called A though J. A is the most basic, core benefit plan and the others offer a variety of benefits. All companies choosing to sell Medicare Supplement Policies are required to offer policy A.
